Hi there,

welcome to my home page. I'm a lecturer at Paris Diderot University. I'm doing my research in the group of Dynamics of Structures and Interactions of Biological Macromolecules, which is part of the Inserm institute.

I did my Ph.D. thesis in the Laboratory of Biomolecular Spectroscopies and Structures of the Reims Champagne-Ardenne University, and in the Department of Chemistry of the University of Basilicata. I did a Post-Doc in the NMR Department of the Utrecht University.

I describe overhere a few things about my research which deals with molecular modeling of biomolecules (proteins, peptides, biological membranes and surfactants). I also put a few scripts I find useful on the download section. Last but not least, I have quite a lot of teaching material (mostly in french) on the education section, notably you can check out my python tutorial.
